How long does a website take?
Most are live in one to two weeks from the day we start. Bookings systems run two to three weeks depending on scope. We share a build timeline upfront so you know what is happening and when.
How much does it cost?
We send a fixed quote up front, line by line, so there are no surprises. Most small business sites land in a clear range and we will tell you straight away if a project is going to bust your budget.
If money is tight, say so. We will sketch a smaller starting point that we can grow into.
Do I own my website when you are finished?
Yes. You own the domain, the hosting account and the source files. No retainer hostage situation. If you want to take it elsewhere later, you can.
Can I update the site myself?
Most of our sites are built so the parts that change often, copy, prices, photos, are easy for you to update. We walk you through it before launch and write a short cheat sheet for the things you will touch.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, but no retainer required. Email us when something needs fixing or changing. We quote small jobs ad hoc and turn them around quickly.
If you want a regular hand on the website or marketing, we can set that up too.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Mostly tradies and other hands-on small businesses: builders, sparkies, plumbers, landscapers. Plus gyms, salons, cafes, clinics and studios across Perth and wider Australia. If you spend your day on the job and not in front of a computer, you are exactly who we built this for.
Do I have to manage logins, dashboards and all the techy stuff?
No. That is the whole point. One number, one inbox, one person who knows your setup. We handle the hosting, the domain, the email routing, the bookings system, the lot. If something needs changing or fixing, you text us. We do not hand you a stack of logins and wish you luck.
You still own everything (domain, files, accounts). You just are not the one who has to log in every time.
Can I take one service or do I have to take the lot?
Pick one. Mix and match. Take just a website. Take just the bookings system. We do not push the whole bundle on you.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site we build is set up properly for Google from day one. That said, ranking takes time and content. If you want it pushed harder, we can run a marketing piece on top.
Do you work in person or only remote?
Both. We are based in Perth and happy to meet face to face if you are local. If you are interstate we work fine over email and a call or two.
What if I already have a website but it is broken?
Send us the link. We will have a look and let you know if it is worth patching or worth rebuilding. Sometimes the right call is the cheap one. We will say so.
